Did You Know?
No matter how you handle Christmas gifts, you’re likely to have to go to the mall with your kids during the holiday season. In the midst of the crowds, children can easily become separated from their parents. Be alert in crowds and maintain awareness of what others around you are doing. Institute the buddy system – have your kids hold your hand or one another’s. Talk with your children about what to do, and who to go to for help, should you become separated. Also, it is important to give your child your cell phone number so mall security can contact you quickly if needed.
