God is Incarnated in Our History

Fourth Sunday of Advent

Dear brothers and sisters peace and goodwill in your lives, hopefully the three friends that who were presented during this Advent have helped to reflect, internalize, and change our way of thinking and living the event of birth. Emmanuel! God is with us.

The texts of this last Sunday of Advent can be synthesized in one phrase “God has incarnated in our history”, giving hope and improving the expectations, He comes to be born amid of the poor of which Mary is the model and source of inspiration for the work that builds society and new history.

“The child to be born will be called holy, the Son of God.” — Luke 1:35

God did not choose palaces to be born in, nor did He accept to be locked in temples. He incarnated in a person and in the life of the people and will continue as long as they who believe and put themselves at the service of the Kingdom. Those who read the history with eyes of Faith, like of Mary and Paul, perceive that Jesus is the revelation of the entire project of the Father, place where God revealed His plan of salvation for all Nations.

We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Prosperous New Year! God bless you today and always and may He concede the gift of Peace, Love and Forgiveness. Long live Our Lady of Guadalupe! Long live Christ King!

Living God’s Word

“They shall name him Emmanuel , which means God is with us.” — Matthew 1:23

O come, O come, Emmanuel. Make your dwelling place in us this day. Let the world recognize that we are a people chosen to be a sign of your loving, merciful, justice-seeking, and reconciling presence in the world. Thank you for the many ways you continue to do the impossible in us and through us. Amen.
